Leading With Humility & Conviction
The Fellowship is led by people who understand that leadership in the church is, above all else, a form of service — to God, to the churches, and to the communities we are called to reach.
Our leaders are drawn from within the fellowship of churches — pastors, church planters, ministry professionals, and lay leaders who bring a diversity of gifts, backgrounds, and perspectives to the work of the Fellowship. They are accountable to the broader fellowship through annual assemblies, transparent governance, and a shared commitment to the values and theological convictions of evangelical Baptist Christianity.
Regional Leadership
Rev. Robert Tremblay
Regional Director
Rev. Tremblay has served the Fellowship for over fifteen years, bringing a deep passion for church planting, pastoral care, and the theological formation of Québec's evangelical leaders. He holds an M.Div. from Heritage Theological Seminary and has planted two congregations in the Montérégie region.
Pastor Marie-Claude Fortin
Director of Church Relations
Pastor Fortin oversees relationships with all member churches, serving as a liaison between congregations and the regional office. With a background in both pastoral ministry and organizational management, she brings a gift for building bridges and resolving challenges with grace.
Jonathan Beauséjour
Director of Ministry Development
Jonathan leads the Fellowship's pastoral training and leadership development programs. A former church planter himself, he is deeply committed to equipping the next generation of leaders for gospel ministry in Québec's diverse contexts.

The Fellowship is governed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of pastors and lay leaders representing member churches across the region.

Transparent & Accountable Leadership
Annual Assembly
All member churches participate in an annual assembly where leadership is elected, budgets are approved, and the strategic direction of the fellowship is affirmed.
Board Accountability
The Board of Directors meets quarterly and provides oversight of the Fellowship's operations, finances, and ministry commitments on behalf of member churches.
Financial Transparency
Annual financial statements are prepared and made available to all member churches, ensuring full transparency and responsible stewardship of resources.
