June 2025
Regional Pastors' Gathering — Quarterly
Quarterly gathering for Fellowship pastors and ministry leaders featuring prayer, peer sharing, and invited teaching on ministry themes. Lunch provided. Space is limited — contact office to confirm attendance.
Marriage Enrichment Weekend — Montérégie
A weekend retreat for married couples at all stages of marriage. Combines teaching sessions, couple activities, and rest — conducted in bilingual format.
Summer Youth Conference — Day 1
Annual inter-church summer youth conference for teens (ages 13–19). Three days of worship, teaching, sports, and community building. Bilingual programming. Open to youth from all member churches.
July 2025
Summer Day Camp — Week 1
A week-long day camp for children aged 6–12. Activities include arts and crafts, sports, Bible storytelling, music, and daily devotions. Run by trained church volunteers.
Church Leadership Workshop — Preaching Intensive
A focused one-day workshop on expository preaching for pastors and student ministers. Includes live feedback on sermon preparation and delivery. French and English sessions available.
August–September 2025
Back-to-Ministry Pastors' Prayer Breakfast
An informal gathering as the ministry year begins — pastors and spouses encouraged to share updates, pray together, and enter the fall season with renewed focus.
Annual Regional Assembly 2025 — "Faithful in Every Season"
The flagship event of the Fellowship year — three days of worship, business, teaching, and community for delegates from all member churches. Pre-registration required.
October–December 2025
Church Planters' Cohort — Fall Session
Monthly gathering for active and aspiring church planters in the Fellowship — case studies, coaching conversations, and peer support for those doing the work of planting.
Women's Ministry Day — Québec Region
An annual day of teaching, worship, and fellowship for women from across the fellowship — featuring guest speakers and themed workshops on discipleship and ministry.
Advent & Reflection Service — Regional
A combined worship service for the Advent season bringing together multiple member congregations — a time of joint prayer, reflection, and anticipation of Christmas.
